Nevermind Vacations Villa A is our hidden gem, thoughtfully designed to celebrate coziness, charm, and refined simplicity. This compact yet comfortable villa follows a minimalist architectural approach that flows seamlessly through both its interior and exterior spaces, creating a calm and inviting atmosphere.

Offering a strong sense of privacy, the villa is arranged into three independent units, each with its own private entrance: a 75 sqm main apartment (A1), a 25 sqm guest house (A2), and a bright semi-basement bedroom (A3). All units feature en-suite bathrooms and carefully selected amenities to ensure a comfortable and effortless stay.

Outdoors, a stone-paved patio with a built-in dining area beneath a wooden pergola opens up to breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea, providing the perfect setting for peaceful summer evenings and unforgettable moments of relaxation.

The autonomous guest house of 38 sqm includes two bedrooms, a large stone-paved veranda, and a wooden pergola with a cozy outdoor dining area accommodating up to six guests.
